By accessing this website, playing on our Rust server, or purchasing virtual items from our webstore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our server or store.

01. Digital Goods & Virtual Items

  • All items, ranks, perks, and packages offered on our store are virtual digital goods licensed for use exclusively on our Rust server.
  • Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items in-game.
  • Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or converted into real-world currency.

02. Strict No-Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • All transactions are final upon immediate digital delivery of the item or perk.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason (including accidental purchases, server wipes, server closures, or account bans).
  • Chargebacks & Fraud: Opening a payment dispute or chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our Rust server, Discord, and a blacklist across the entire Tebex payment network.

03. Server Rules, Enforcement, and Bans

  • Purchasing virtual goods or VIP ranks does not grant immunity from server rules.
  • If you are banned for breaking server rules (including but not limited to cheating, scripting, toxicity, or exploitation), you forfeit all purchased items and perks without refund or compensation.

04. Server Operation, Modifications, and Termination

  • Package Duration Types:
    • Time-Based Packages (e.g., 30-Day Passes, Monthly VIP): Remain active for the specified period during active server operations and persist across map wipes until expired or server termination.
    • Per-Wipe & One-Time Items (e.g., One-Wipe Kits): Are valid exclusively for the active wipe cycle during which they are purchased and expire upon a map wipe or server termination.
  • Right of Termination: The server administration reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or permanently shut down the Rust server, webstore, or network at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
  • Immediate Forfeiture Upon Closure: In the event of a server shutdown or discontinuation, all active passes, subscriptions, ranks, and one-time virtual items are immediately terminated and forfeited. No refunds, pro-rated compensation, or financial remedies of any kind will be provided upon closure.
  • Map & Server Modifications: Server wipe schedules, map seeds, plugin balances, and world parameters are subject to change or emergency adjustments at any time without financial compensation.

05. Merchant of Record & Payments

  • Payments on this store are processed by Tebex Limited as the official Merchant of Record.
  • All transaction details, invoicing, and payment processing are handled under the Tebex Terms and Conditions.

  • This server and webstore are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facepunch Studios Ltd. Rust is a registered trademark of Facepunch Studios Ltd.

07. Limitation of Liability & System Disclaimer

  • Use Entirely at Your Own Risk: All legacy client downloads, software files, connection guides, and community tools made available through our website or Discord are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You assume full responsibility for downloading, installing, or executing any files on your system.
  • Hardware & Software Safeguard: We are not responsible or liable under any circumstances for any hardware damage, system crashes, operating system instability, component failure, or data loss occurring on your personal computer resulting from playing on our server or using legacy client builds.
  • Steam & Client Integrity: You are solely responsible for maintaining your local directories and official Steam installations. We accept no liability for overwritten, broken, or corrupted modern Rust client files resulting from manual file modifications, depots, or custom installations on your machine.
  • Maximum Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims or issues arising from your use of our server or services shall not exceed $0 or the total amount you spent on our webstore within the last 30 days.
